With the signing of the booking confirmation, the lessee certifies that this, as well as any sub-organizer who intends to conduct business in the relevant premises, works on the basis of democratic values and respects and supports the basic principles of equality and equal value for all.

Such arrangements and gatherings that involve illegal activities or have elements, lecturers or other types of information that present xenophobic, racist or other group degrading / offensive statements / expressions may not be carried out on these premises. The lessee is obliged to truthfully state the contents and direction of the arrangement.

Violation of this rule is considered a breach of contract and gives the lessor the right to immediately terminate the agreement, and immediately close the arrangement when knowledge of this occurs. The lessee can be closed off as a lessee for an indefinite period for such misdemeanor. Costs incurred in connection with the closure / cancellation of arrangements on this basis are the responsibility of the lessee.
