We have talented project managers in place with great passion for coordinating conferences. We have modern equipment and technicians in place that see to it that everything is working without problems. It is important for us that everyone is able to participate at all events. To that end we offer disabled accessibility features in our facilities and portable hearing loops. Welcome!

Special prices for organizations
We are here to make it easier for organizations to meet in modern meeting rooms.
A room at our center costs 100kr including tax regardless of whether there just 2 or 12 participants. I you need more space, a room that holds up to 45 people costs 250kr including tax. These prices apply for rooms booked from Monday to Thursday between 18:00 – 22:00. The price during weekends is 200kr and 500kr respectively. Cash payments are possible.
Booking can be done one month in advance at the most. Cancellations need to be done 7 days before the reserved date. Bookings that are not cancelled will be charged the agreed amount for the room that has been booked. You are welcome to contact us for more information.
Congress
For the larger groups there are our well-coordinated congress alternatives.
We have 30 conference rooms of different sizes and plenty of experience in the management of congresses for larger groups of people or companies. We have project managers that alongside with you make sure that your congress goes flawlessly from start to finish both logistically and practically. We offer modern equipment and customizable web-based signup page for participants. During our 30 years of experience we have been awarded the prestigious Scandinavian Service and Quality Award for good service several times. Our facilities in different sizes offer maximum flexibility for smaller groups to groups of up to 1150 participants. You are welcome to booking your congress with us.
