The purpose of the Fund

• The non-profit culture association Children & Youth is a non-profit organization rooted in the values of Folkets Hus Movement.

• The fund’s business area is Umeå Municipality.

• The purpose of the fund is to promote cultural interest among children and young people. The goal is that it will lead to increased participation and knowledge of, and understanding of, the culture / art and its conditions.

• The Fund provides financial support to all culture, in broad terms, which is aimed at children and youth in the Umeå region.

• The Fund primarily supports associations and organizations, but also individuals who work in accordance with the Fund’s objectives and purpose.

• Applications are processed once a year. Application time is throughout the year.
